We specialize in luxury weddings, milestone events, upscale private gatherings, and premium corporate functions. Every event is tailored to your vision, style, and guests.
We proudly serve New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and we frequently travel for special events upon request.
Most clients book 6–12 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak dates. We also accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send a proposal and deposit link to secure your date. After that, our team handles every detail leading up to your event.
After your consultation and confirmation of availability, your date is reserved with a percentage-based deposit. We’ll send a secure invoice and agreement electronically. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
We can often extend your event when availability allows. Overtime rates are included in your agreement, and your DJ or host can confirm availability on site.
Yes. Opal Entertainment Group carries full liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our cancellation policy is outlined in your agreement, and we’re always happy to review it with you before booking.
Yes. Your total can be split into scheduled installments leading up to the event for added convenience.
Yes. You can request a specific DJ, and we’ll accommodate whenever availability allows. Every client meets their DJ in advance to review music direction, style, and expectations for the event.

Yes. We offer bilingual hosting and MC support upon request. Your bilingual host can assist with announcements, introductions, and cultural elements while our DJ handles music direction and performance.
We arrive 2–3 hours before guest arrival to complete a quiet, precise setup and coordinate with venue staff. After the event, we handle breakdown efficiently and discreetly, leaving the space exactly as we found it.
Our team includes experienced DJs, hosts, lighting specialists, and production coordinators. We scale staffing to match each event’s needs, ensuring the right professionals are in place for a seamless experience.
